PREORDER POLICIES

PREORDERS

Preordered items will NOT be shipped immediately. Your purchase is estimated to be delivered within the time frame specified at checkout and on your confirmation email. Pre-orders will be shipped in the order that they were received, and as inventory becomes available. 

Your order may be delivered at any time within the specified timeframe, and may or may not be delivered at the same time as other preorders in the same delivery window. As mentioned above, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received. 

Please note that the delivery timeframe is an estimation. We will notify you promptly if any changes to this timeframe occur.

CANCELLATIONS

Preorders are refundable and may be canceled at any time up until the item ships, however there will be a $12.00 cancellation fee. Please contact customer service by emailing customerservice@mabeproducts.com for cancellations.

Cancellation fees will not apply in the case that the delivery window is changed or extended by Mabē. You will be notified if any change to the delivery window occurs, and will be eligible for free cancellation in the event that the delivery window is extended. 

ORDER ACCURACY

Your confirmation email will be sent to the email you provide at checkout. Please enter your email carefully and accurately.

Please enter your shipping and billing information carefully and accurately. If any changes need to be made to the delivery address, please refer to your confirmation email, where you will find a link to edit your shipping address within 7 days of your order being placed. 

Returns for preorders are subject to the same return policy as all other orders. The 30 day return window (as outlined in our return policy) will begin once you receive your item. Please carefully read the return policy before placing your order.

PAYMENT

Your full payment will be withdrawn at the time of purchase to reserve your item. You are paying now for your item that will be shipped at a later date. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at a later date when your item is ready to be shipped out.
