HIP SAFETY

Hip safety comes down to correct positioning in any carrier, so it is essential to achieve the deep seat or “M” position- with baby’s knees higher than their bum, and weight supported primarily by the bum, rather than under the knees. Check that your baby is in this deep seat position each time you place them in the carrier.

T.I.C.K.S.

TIGHT

Your carrier should be tight and hug baby close to your body. Ensure that you tighten straps to eliminate extra slack that could cause baby to slump down in the carrier, as this can hinder breathing.

IN VIEW AT ALL TIMES

You should always be able to see your baby’s face by simply glancing down. Do not eclose baby in carrier in such a way that you have to open the carrier to see baby’s face.

CLOSE ENOUGH TO KISS

Your baby’s head should be as close to your chin as is comfortable. Achieve this by positioning the carrier high on the natural waist. You should be ableto kiss your baby on the head or forehead easily.

KEEP CHIN OFF CHEST

Baby should never be curled in such a way that their chin is forced onto their chest as this can restrict the airway. Ensure there is always a space of at least a finger width under the chin.

SUPPORTED BACK

In all positions, baby’s back should be supported in a natural C curve, without slumping or arching, and without excess room between baby and wearer

My carrier got lost in the mail, I contacted support & within 2 days they had a new one shipped to me! Unbelievable customer service, they truly do want to help moms! I use mine around the farm & at rodeos. Constantly moving, bending down & when I say this is the MOST COMFORTABLE carrier for me & babe, believe me.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

We are expecting our first grandchild this summer. We purchased the MABE Carrier and had it delivered to our second home in Florida. When we were packing to go home, we could not find the Carrier, and we thought that, somehow, it must have been thrown out with the garbage (as unlikely as that sounds). We knew our daughter would be devastated, so we ordered another one, this time to be shipped to our home in Canada. On the morning we were leaving for the airport, we found the carrier underneath a golf travel bag. We were happy, but now we had two carriers. I sent an email to Customer Service asking, but certainly not expecting, that if the second carrier had not yet been shipped, could we cancel the order. Within 30 minutes, I had an email back from MABE stating that, absolutely, they would cancel the second order and refund our credit card. Every step of this process was handled with care and kindness, We cannot say enough about the products or the customer service at MABE. Thank you so very much for making our experience one that we will never forget, and for which we will always be grateful❤

Game changer!

To a mom of 2 under 2, this is truly a staple for me. I was using a very reputable carrier but decided I would give Mabe a try because we hadn’t found the perfect one!
