I was originally really upset that I received a defective product. The button fell off the carrier first use, which is not great when you are spending this much on a carrier, I reached out to customer service and they sent out a new carrier to me free of charge. I came upset and left really satisfied with the quality of customer service and I received and the quickness in which I received it.
I absolutely love this carrier. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and very well made. My baby feels secure and I can wear it for long periods without any discomfort. Definitely worth it!

This is my second mabe carrier and I use it numerous times a day for contact naps. They wash great in the washing machine on cold and hang to dry! Love having two now so I am able to have them always clean.
