Love my mabe and the customer service

I love my Mabe carrier and so does my little one. It’s super comfortable and easy to put on. I doesn’t hurt my back at all and my baby feels very secure in it. I also had an issue with one of the buttons missing on my carrier and the customer service team emailed me back super quickly, asked for a few pictures and sent me a replacement. I was glad to see they stood behind their product and didn’t make me jump through hoops to fix the issue.
