My carrier button broke off, when I reached out to the customer service they were able to provide me a replacement. There quick response and replacement of my carrier is amazing! Truly the best!

I received this as a gift at my baby shower and was so excited to put it to use once my baby was big enough: i put it on for the first time and noticed a piece of one of the buttons was missing: I emailed customer service (on New Year’s Day mind you), and after asking some questions they had a new order placed within 48 hours. Truly some of the best customer service I have had from anywhere, will always be a Mabe supporter after this experience!

Took a minute to figure out how to use, instructions were helpful. My granddaughter snuggled in immediately comfortable and snuggled. My daughter-in-law loved it. Even our son will enjoy this one. Very soft and comfortable for whoever uses it and easily adjustable.

My baby is 2 and half months old and she is in love with this carrier!! and honestly it is so easy to strap together! She falls asleep in it every time she is in it! I am so happy that I bought this and soooo comfortable!
